Walkthrough[]
- Talk to Brutus in Upper Jeuno with your main job set to Beastmaster level 40 or higher. Speak to Brutus until he asks you to find a Guiding Bell (he may talk about other quests first).
- From this point on, you can complete the quest on any job. Once you've flagged the quest, you don't need to be Beastmaster to finish.
- You'll need a Delkfutt Chest Key. Either:
- buy one from a Curio Vendor Moogle.
- OR Go to Delkfutt's Tower and kill enemies for one. The key is dropped by Gigas in the basement of Lower Delkfutt's Tower and on the tenth floor in Upper Delkfutt's Tower, as well as by Thunder Elementals, Magic Urns, and Evil Spirits in the tower.
- Next, head to Upper Delkfutt's Tower.
- There is a Home Point on the 12th floor at (F-9).
- If you have a Delkfutt Key or Delkfutt Key, enter Delkfutt's Tower from Qufim Island and proceed to the locked door at (E-8). Once past the door (map changes), go to the elevator at (H-8) to teleport straight to the tenth floor.
- Open a Treasure Chest found somewhere on the 8th, 9th, or 10th floor to find the Guiding Bell.
- You can receive the Guiding Bell as any job. If your job is Thief, you can pick the lock to avoid farming a key.
- Return to Brutus to complete the quest.
