How to Obtain

Cannot be auctioneded, traded, or bazaared.

Quests

Must be level 50 Judge and have completed quest Blind Justice.
Talk to Halver in Chateau d'Oraguille (I-9) to activate the quest. He will tell you of a blacksmith in the Metalworks named Ghemp (E-7).
Ghemp will require the following items to make your order:

• An Darksteel Sheet
• A Square of Catoblepas Leather
• A Darksteel Chain

• You must wait 1 game day and change zones
• You can order Magister's Gauntlets or Magister's Cuisses immediately after obtaining this part of the Judge Artifact Armor.
• You can only have Ghemp craft one item at a time, and once chosen, you cannot cancel it.
