Light one of the Access Lanterns with it and repeat this step until all lanterns are lit and you gain access to the desired area.

If your planning to access the "Sacrificial Chamber" via "Den of Rancor" (map #2) located at E-5 then please know that you can ONLY use the "Rancor Flame" located on "Den of Rancor" (map #1) located at D-5/E-5.
