Notes:

  • It does build a resistance to stun. After recovering from a partial wipe our first try, we zombied it until unweakened and had BLMs stunning only Fulmination in pairs. Stun resist rate was close to 100%. This resistance may be due to either time, amount of stuns cast, or allowing it to regen to 100%.
  • It appears to have an increasing resistance to Summoner Blood Pacts provided the same Blood Pacts are continually used. On the first attempt, my trio of Summoners initially only used Garuda's Predator Claws until the NM was at 80% health then switched to Leviathan's Spinning Dive. Average damage was between 350 - 450 points of damage with a high of 800+ points. On the second run, we switched between all of the level 70 Blood Pacts and saw an increase in average damage of at least 150 points with a high of 1100+ points from a Titan's Mountain Buster. The 2Hour Blood Pacts as well as Blood Pacts from Group 2 Merits were ineffectual, none did more than 50 points of damage. Physical Blood Pacts remained effective with the Blood Pacts relying on the fewest number of hits doing the best overall.Verification Needed
  • Immune to slow and elegy. Elemental Seal Elegy/Slow will NOT work on him whatsoever.
  • Will always go through a howling animation a few seconds before using Tourbillion, making it easy to avoid damage by casting your shadows in time to absorb all three hits.

NOTE- Best for mages to remain on the cliff with the tanks below at max distance. This is to prevent Fulmination from hitting everyone in case you miss a stun.

Run in to buff tanks after TP moves and when Wings are down to prevent death. Closely focus Stona tanks immediately after Fossilizing Breath. and Paralyna if Fulmination goes off.
