Spawn Conditions Companions/Summons
  • Timed Spawn, most likely 10-15 minutes similar to other Abyssea NMs. (K-10) Southeast corner of map among the Murrain Chigoes.
  • N/A
Special Abilities Passive Traits
  • Has an absorption effect on melee hits; Drained a full-strength Enlight and was doing light element damage exactly like Enlight's ablative damage (i.e., first hit +50, second +49, third +48). This is not displayed in the log.
  • Additional effect Poison on melee hits (30~130/tic).
Physical Qualities Magical Qualities
  • Double Attack: Very high rate.
  • Strong physical attacks (approx. 500+ dmg).
  • Took 300-350 damage per hit on white mage with no buffs.
  • Appears to be very evasive.
  • Spellcasting
  • Uses chainspell three times per fight. It will use it around 75%, 50%, and 25%.
  • While chainspell is not in effect, it has two modes.
    • In first mode, it casts spells (Stonega III, Break, Breakga, Dispelga, and Slowga only) non-stop. During this mode it is nearly impossible to trigger any weaknesses.
    • During second mode, it melees most of the time and only casts Stone V, Stonega IV and Break/Breakga every 20~ seconds or so, making it very easy to trigger weaknesses.
    • The only known way to make it change modes is making it Chainspell.
Further Notes
    • The surrounding Murrain Chigoe do not link, however will aggro with large aggro range. So pulling may be a pain, but carby pull seems to work well.
    • Highly advised to keep addle up at all times in a solo/low man kite strategy.
    • When kited away from area, please note it will return to it's spawn point along same path it was kited away, even if shorter paths are available.
