- Speak with Kohlo-Lakolo at G-5 in Port Windurst and watch a cutscene explaining the current situation.
- Kohlo-Lakolo will ask that you bring him a Rarab Tail, an item that is dropped by bumblebees. Yes, bumblebees, not rarabs. If you're wondering why, its because its a type of vegetable, not an actual tail.
- Trade the Rarab Tail to Kohlo-Lakolo to receive your reward.
