Walkthrough
Defeat 50 Beetles type mobs under ice, earth, water, or dark weather conditions. Soulsaber must be equipped, mobs must yield XP.
I would suggest Quicksand Caves as the weather seemed more reliable here then in Crawlers Nest - if you are soloing
I wouldn't suggest this, 70% of the beetles will con as Too Weak for a lvl 75 soloer- It's actually more like 10~15%. Quicksand Caves only problem is a lack of beetles compared to the desert.
I'd suggest you find a level 50ish person to level sync to and go fight beetles in West Altepa.
- You can sync as high as 64 (which allows for much easier kills) and you still get credit for all beetle kills.
- Alternately, you can sync to 50 and kill beetles in Eastern Altepa.
Area Options
- Crawler's Nest vs. Helm Beetle. Not very many of them, however. Rains don't always last long enough for repops.
- Garlaige Citadel vs. Chamber Beetle. Dust Storms are not consistent, but the beetles are many and quite easily beaten.
- Quicksand Caves vs Helm Beetle. As described above, may have to clear out the Too Weak Beetles.
