Finishing blow by pet on 50 experience-yielding monsters of the demon family on darksday or during Dark weather.
Found it easiest to go to Castle Zvahl Baileys and wait for dark weather. That will at least tithe you over until Darksday rolls around. The camp requires you to drop off through one of the four holes. Try landing on one of the ledges facing opposite the center of the map. There you can get an additional 4-6 Demons before you start your route. I found it best to run a figure 8 throughout the whole main map. Dropping down, killing everything in the bottom level, and then running ALL the way up to the top and climbing to the exact opposite side of the map, and repeating. This will give you no downtime waiting for monsters to pop, but it will feel like your wasting a lot of time. From there, tag along with a Blue Mage or Samurai and just bring the mob's HP down to their last 5%. From there, assuming your pet has over 70% MP, throw up one ice manuever, and hit it with a Thunder 4. (I didn't bother letting the pet attack in the beginning of the fight, I only used it for the finishing kill.) You can easily do this in one vanadeil day as long as you have a partner that doesn't accidentally kill the mob.
