Notes
- Timed Spawn every hour at G-8 in the small enclave on the Marsh pathway during Rainy weather. (Confirmed this without a shadow of a doubt, camped it 5 times and each time spawned during the 1 hour mark and exclusively during rain and in the same spot.)
- Resists Silence and Gravity.
- Cast's Bio II regularly. Every 30 seconds or so.
