Notes:

• Lottery Spawn of 20-90 minutes after kill a PH Cryptonberry Occultist
• Casts Fire IV, Firaga III, and Flare.
  • Below 50% HP, gains access to Fire V, Firaga IV, and Flare II.
  • He will continue to cast Flare below 50%, however the spell gains an Area of Effect effect. Flare II is unaffected by this trait.
• After using Words of Bane it will cast instantly Flare if it is over 50% on HP or Flare II if below 50% HP and will reset hate on current target.
• Has permanent Blaze Spikes which inflict more damage as HP decreases. Starting around 30/hit. ~200/hit at 10% HP.
• Vulnerable to most Enfeebling Magic and does not resist Stun.
