- Talk to your Green Thumb Moogle for a cutscene with The Great Kupellion. You will be tasked with getting a Drill Calamary, Philosopher's Stone and a Calico Comet.
- Obtain a Drill Calamary from the Coastal Fishing Net.
- This item can be obtained from a rank 7 net with no bait or assistant.
- It is also sometimes available through Login Campaign and is a possible item from Gobbie Mystery Box.
