Thief TP Build

The idea behind any TP/Haste is do as much damage as quickly as possible. Whether it be for TP gained and then used for WeaponSkills, or Haste transformed into better DPS (damage per second) and/or the combination of both. With a well build TP/Haste build, you will have the ability to use a weaponskill every 30secs with Sneak Attack or Trick Attack respectively.

Any combination of Store TP and Haste items will make this build work well while doing auto-attack. Obviously higher the stat the better and you can macro in different equipment when actually doing WeaponSkills or other abilities.

Your best bet for a sub would be /NIN, for the simple fact that you can triple attack on both weapon even though you only gain full TP on the first of three hits, that's still extra TP in total. It might is still possible to make this work with a different sub and enough haste/Store TP I'm sure, but subbing /NIN is probably the easiest way.

Weapon[]

There are no weapons that give you a plus to Haste, but there are plenty of weapons that give multiple hits. Seeing as how a lot of these items can be difficult to get I also listed items with a good DPS and/or Accuracy Bonus, because if you can't hit them in the first place, then there's no TP build up.

Shield[]

Unless you can get the Airy Buckler or want to sub Dragoon, you probably be better off just subbing Ninja. Otherwise if you want a shield you can just find one with some good stats that you like and has a high defense.
