Walkthrough
Quest Conflict: If you have the quest A Timely Visit active, you may be unable to attain the proper dialogue in La Theine Plateau from certain NPCs. You may have to complete that quest before taking on this mission.
Precaution: If you are of a low level, you may want to bring a few Silent Oils to prevent aggro from funguars, as you will be passing them 3 times.
- {San d'Oria} Talk to a San d'Orian Gate Guard to accept the mission.
12 crystals will max out the rank 2 bar(this might be outdated info now)- If your rank bar is empty, trading 1 crystal is enough to enable this mission. (Confirmed: Ultramagnus and Ninawheeler of Phoenix, 13Jan2021)
- {La Theine Plateau E-6} Talk to Galaihaurat at the southern part of (E-6).
- Get there quickly by Unity warp to La Theine Plateau ("Content level 99 and below").
- {La Theine Plateau F-6} Find Equesobillot by heading east and north, around the top of the canyon.
- {La Theine Canyon} Talk to each of the knights as you head towards (F-7) to enter Ordelle's Cave #1.
- Equesobillot > Deaufrain > Vicorpasse(captain) > Augevinne > Yaucevouchat > Laurisse > Narvecaint
- Careful of the Goblin Tinkerer down east of Galaihaurat if you're not Lv18+.
- Funguars down in the Canyon are Lv18+ and will aggro to sound.
- Equesobillot > Deaufrain > Vicorpasse(captain) > Augevinne > Yaucevouchat > Laurisse > Narvecaint
- {Ordelle's Caves} Follow the left wall (15s walking) and talk to Ruillont hiding in a small pond.

- {La Theine Plateau} One of the first three knights (random) will give you Ruillont's bronze sword.
- Deaufrain or Equesobillot (F-6), who are both on the ramp into the canyon.
- Galaihaurat (E-6) all the way back up by the road west of the Canyon (first knight spoken to).
- You will get an actual bronze sword in your inventory so make space.
- {Ordelle's Caves} Trade the bronze sword to Ruillont.
- {La Theine Plateau F-6} Talk to Vicorpasse back outside, at the beginning of the canyon.
- CRITICAL: He will give you a
Rescue Training Certificate.
