Notes

Effect acts as a Double Attack enhancement, not Occasionally Attacks Twice, so it can proc on Weapon Skills.

Double Attack rate is based on Enhancing Magic Skill.
Below 360 Enhancing skill, the effect is +5% DA.
At 360 Enhancing skill, and every 10 points thereafter, the effect increases by +1%, up to a maximum of +20% DA at 500 skill.
