Spawn Conditions Companions/Summons

Spawns in Foret de Hennetiel Wildskeeper Rieve every 3 hours. Use KeyItemCompass of transference purchased from Dimmian in Eastern Adoulin (F-6) for 15,000 bayld to enter.

Assisted by Craklaw, Primrose Jagil, and Wetlands Orobon. The melee attacks of the Craklaw are AoE with additional effect Stun (Status Effect).

Physical attacks are Conal AoE that wipe shadows and can do upwards to 2000 damage on a mage, 700 damage on a avatar. Has a tail attack that is a Full AoE but does not deal as much damage. With these moves only PLD and Avatar Pets should engage on this NM. Ramuh should use either Thunderspark or Thunderstorm (Blood Pact) when the aura is up and stay disengaged when aura is down.

Physical Qualities Magical Qualities

Very high physical attack compared to other Naakuals.

At the conclusion of the Wildskeeper Reive, Blue Mages with enough skill have a chance to learn Carcharian Verve.

Further Notes

Gains an Aura after using certain TP moves. Thunder damage removes the aura. Uses the following TP moves:

  • Protolithic Puncture: Strong single target damage and full hate reset on that person.
  • Aquatic Lance: Weak damage vs. high physically resistant and ochain Paladin, so probably physical damage? (Never broke 20 damage, with most doing 0.)
  • Pelagic Cleaver: AoeE physical damage. 300-800 with Ochain.
  • Carcharian Verve: Horn shield that gives it Magic Defense Boost, attack boost, and defense boost.
  • Tidal Guillotine: Single target KO, but not 100% (HP based?)
  • Marine Mayhem: AoE KO. About 30-40 yalm distance. (Long charge time)
  • Does not appear to build resistance to Stun.
