Found on the upper Levels of Castle O, overlooking the "courtyards."
Upon Entering Castle Ozstroja go to the gate with the trap door located at I-8. Go up to the second floor and you have two options:
1) Go to G-7 and be on the upper level overlooking the courtyard where Mee Deggi the Punisher spawns in the present. 2) Go to I-9 and be on the upper level overlooking the courtyard where Quu Domi the Gallant spawns in the present.
