Checked T to IT++ to 75 TP move "Acrid Stream" Appears to be conal AoE water based. <Detects by Low HP> Spells cast in my run: Frost Blizzard IV Blizzaga III Waterga III
Didn't seem to aggro for sight or sound, but seemed to aggro for unknown conditions, perhaps blood aggro, as I was a DNC and was using job abilities and none aggroed until someone got low health. Also casts Water IV/V and Enwater.
We killed these for a good 25 minutes ranging from Tough to IT-, then they suddenly started aggroing and linking all over the place. --Aysun 01:40, June 29, 2010 (UTC)

They aggro yellow and lower HP. The spells they cast seem to vary but they don't stick to one element. The ones we saw cast the same as people commenting above; ice and water, -ga III and tier IV, Frost and Drown. -- Orubicon 09:56, August 23, 2010 (UTC)

I was running around these, kiting Mangy-tailed Marvin for a good few minutes with red HP (88/1572) up until 270ish from regen - as soon as I got a heal from party member that put me in yellow at 700ish HP, all the clionids around me aggroed. I am confused!
