I want the guide to be a group effort, as I talked about further down on the talk page here. I do want to keep the guide fairly uniform in writing style, however, to make it as unified as possible. I ask that if anyone contributes information, please present it in a natural language format (i.e. don't just make bulleted lists or something like that), and please write it in a third person tone as objectively as possible. It may be a guide, but it should still be as objective as possible. Thanks ahead of time for your contributions ^^ {{User:Larahmie/Sig}} (18:34, 25 June 2007 (CDT))

Thanks ahead of time for your contributions ^^ catPaladin Larahmie (18:34, 25 June 2007 (CDT))

Requested Move

Move: Per naming conventions for guides and spelling of traveling. --User:Charitwo/Sig 09:35, 24 June 2007 (CDT)

Comment: This guide is presented in the third person, indicating this is not a personal guide, but something anyone can contribute to, so the author's name is unnecessary. Moves regarding spelling, though, would certainly still apply. --Chrisjander t/ c 11:16, 24 June 2007 (CDT)

Move: I'm afraid I did fail to notice that I had misspelled the title, so I do feel that it should be moved to "Traveling Around Vana'diel - A Guide" or something of that nature, but I very much want my name to be excluded from the title. I didn't want the guide to have me as a named author, so that others would feel more at liberty to add information to the guide; I figured that, aside from my additions, that I'd try to keep track of any other editors' additions, and make sure they fit a neutral, third person objective pov, and edit any additions that didn't fit that kind of general style so that it would match up with the rest of the guide. --catPaladin Larahmie

Resolution: Move at author request. --Chrisjander t/ c 16:57, 24 June 2007 (CDT)
