The Tenshodo are an organization, and their main base of operations is in the underground caverns called Norg (accessible only by traveling through the Sea Serpent Grotto). There is no country. Their headquarters are located in Lower Jeuno, in Neptune's Spire. They also have a branch "office" in the warehouses in Port Bastok. --◄Chrisjander► t/ c 16:40, 10 July 2007 (CDT)
