Summons such as Garuda do not have cast timers; they only cast spells when you use their Blood Pacts, not automatically.
These Spats affect the automatic spell-casting frequency of Elemental avatars, and don't actually give the Summoner a quasi-Fast Cast effect. --Taeria Saethori 18:30, 30 August 2008 (UTC)
