The page currently says "The current Star Sibyl, whose real name has not been revealed, has been in power since before the Crystal War."
The "Miratete's Memoirs" item description is:
"These memoirs follow the life of the Star Sibyl Miratete, famous for joining the people of Vana'diel."
As far as I know, the Crystal War was the only time in pre-game history Bastok, San d'Oria and Windurst all united against a common enemy. This leads me to think that Miratete is the current Star Sibyl, if indeed she has been Star Sibyl since before the Crystal War. The name "Miratete" does not seem to be mentioned elsewhere in the game, so this one item description is all I have to go on, but it seems straightforward to me.
If this sounds reasonable, the quote should be changed to read "The current Star Sibyl, Miratete, has been in power since before the Crystal War."
