Talk: Republic Signet Staff

Has anyone noticed a shorter duration from the staff in comparison to the duration directly from a conquest guard? I'm Rank 10 Bastokan and the effect from a party members Republic Staff (user also rank 10) only lasted about 5-6 hrs.--Nombly 14:17, 6 May 2008 (UTC)
