Not sure how to find percentages, but from trying it out with 1 water maneuver on, my automaton did seem to get more frequent skill ups than normal. i'd like to say maybe 5% or 10%. the amount of the skill gain(.1-.5) seemed to favor .5 although it might have just been the extremely low level of the skill, but it activated more often than without the maneuver being on.

Chest in Zeruhn

While searching for the skill up ring, this attachment appeared in a red chest in Zeruhn Mines, im not sure how to add it to the wiki page.

Verification Needed

I don't know about Zeruhn so left tag up, but I definitely got this in brown treasure casket in Ordelles caves yesterday while skilling on Swagger Spruce --Tellius 23:41, October 5, 2011 (UTC)

I can verify that this does in fact come out of the chests in Zeruhn Mines. Picked it up yesterday along with numerous other items I didn't know came from the chests there.--Ropeteer (talk) 14:21, October 10, 2012 (UTC)
