Though it's known that it doesn't affect MAB, I'm convinced this does enhance Magic Accuracy. I had scanner equipped during Einherjar and my Stormwaker (Red Mage) refused to cast (meaning it didn't have a spell that it didn't believe would be resisted). This was fine as I'd just use it for cures if I needed one. I hit Overdrive and it started casting Thunder III and the spell damage seemed unresisted for the maneuvers I had set up. It continued to cast until Overdrive wore off. A one time circumstance isn't enough to call this a fact. Next time you have Scanner on and your puppet refuses to cast, hit Overload and see if it's Magic Accuracy is augmented enough for it to consider casting. If so, remove this verification tag and amend the previous list item to include magic accuracy.
