Level 90: 1xBLU/NIN, 1xDNC/NIN (me), 1xMNK/DNC(?). So much easier than the main page makes it sound. Just kill the ghosts, go through the gate, sneak/invis, save the NPC and kill the Lamia (ours was in one of the western middle room), sneak/invis, kill the Lamia quickly to open the gate (turn to avoid charm), open gate, get NPC to 50% (very squishy) to pop Lamia, kill Lamia, and move on with your life.
