Goblins vs. Moblins[]
Before there is any edit war, the moblins are those called "Moblin ..." and the Goblins are those called "Goblin ...". If you have reason to disagree with this - post it here. The goblins drop goblin stuff vs the moblins who drop moblin stuff. The only thing I am not sure of is sepcial moves - do any "Goblin xxx" mobs use the Moblin special attacks? --GAHOO t/ c 16:02, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
- To the best of my knowledge all Goblins in Oldton Movalpolos exhibit Moblin special attacks. Example Goblin Freelance which is followed by 3 Moblins and drops a Moblumin Ingot. --Hypnotizd 16:13, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
- I agrre with GAHOO t/ c , Goblins are Goblins and Moblins are Moblins (just check on mob pages). The may be cousins... Goblin Freelance drops Moblumin Ingot, right, but Moblin Rodman drops Goblin Helm and Goblin Mail Gheila 10:17, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
- Goblins and Moblins are two separate classes. Looking at the two of them, we can assume that they share a common ancestry, and in one cutscene they are referred to as 'cousins.' However, they have completely different societies, and have only recently begun associating with each other in response to the threat posed by adventurers. Some backstory and explanation about the Moblins is given during the COP missions... specifically Louverance's Path, if I recall correctly. --Blckfrncs 14:45, 27 December 2008 (UTC)
