iLVL 119 JSE Weapons
I just completed Waking Dreams phantom gem on normal and I am still unable to trade for JSE 119 weapons. Not sure what went wrong exactly, or if there is another prerequisite, but trading the appropriate items to Oboro does nothing and he still tells me to "exit his line of sight".
