Message: Unable to target Naga Raja. You have not reached the level cap status.[]
When I tried to attack Naga Raja in Escha - Ru'Aun, I get the message "Unable to target Naga Raja. You have not reached the level cap status." OK, fine, but, what is the "level cap status?" I have been searching the net and can't find anything on this other than someone saying his mule couldn't attack and then died.
At one time I was able to attack Naga Raja, but then took a break. Upon returning something (obviously) changed and now I can't attack it. Can someone help me understand (even say update this wiki, so all of us can, please)? --IBHalliwell (talk) 06:24, May 24, 2016 (UTC)
