Through my testing (which took a long time btw)this body piece seems to add a multiplier to you Store TP (1.1-1.5) similar to Gilfinder effect for thf. it doesn't show the "buff" (and I use the term loosely) up in the window (Like meditate). seems to wear off after 1-3 hits.
