To clear up confusion, this is only useful for blm's, rdm's and blu's (and scholars now). It may enhances Ninjutsu ele wheel damage, although the boost would prolly be so negligible considering Nin spells dont do much in the first place that it wouldn't be worth wasting the slot to use it (it's the absolute best item for nin from lvl 44~55ish --rOg \ TaLk). Also it DOES NOT add damage to a Smn's avatar's physical or magical attacks (not even the avatar Tier IV spells).
