I'm excited to find that you can plant seeds in this pot. Is this the first update to traditional Gardening since Arcane Flowerpots arrived? Perhaps not and the Mandragora Pot is just a re-skinned eg Wooden Flowerpot. Before I modify all of the gardening templates to facilitate a new pot, I want to run a preliminary series of grows to verify if the items received are any different. Feel free to contribute results to this list until we can get an idea of what's going on! -- Haldarn (talk) 09:05, 11 March 2021 (UTC)

Results[]

Grain Seeds. From planting to maturity was about 2.5 days, checked five times. Grown in Windurst Mog House. Fertilized with an Ice Crystal (fed on Iceday) and I received 9x and 12x Kukuru Beans, which is the expected result. Sadly, not the ~20 quantity expected from an Arcane Flowerpot (or a Brass/Ceramic/Earthen with a 'city bonus'), but in-line with a Porcelain Flowerpot yield. Ah, mildly disappointing. I'll continue to test. -- Haldarn (talk) 13:44, 13 March 2021 (UTC)

I got three mand pots and I'm doing testing with them to contribute to figuring out the reskin hypothesis. Fed on lightning day Seed: Fruit Feeding 1: ice Feeding 2: Light = Result 1 11 Wind Crystals Result 2 8 Mithran Tomatos Result 3 12 Wind Crystals - Mikarara 15:49, 17 March 2021

Second batch of results. Grew 2x Fruit Seeds in Mandragora Pot alongside 2x Fruit Seeds in Earthen Flowerpot. Note that for city bonus purposes on the Earthen, I'm growing in Windurst. Planted at the same time, they matured at the same time. Fed all four Light Crystal on Lightsday then Dark Crystal on Darksday. The Mandragora Pots gave me 9x and 11x Faerie Apples. The Earthen Flowerpots gave 11x Faerie Apples and 1x Black Rock. Identical time and average yield lead me to believe these are nothing more than reskinned pots after all. Will continue to test to see if results come in more in line with basic pot (Porcelain) or city bonus pot (Earthen for me). -- Haldarn (talk) 09:51, 18 March 2021 (UTC)

Templates Updated[]

For sake of user ease, even though these pots look like nothing special, I've updated all of the Gardening Templates to allow for the collation of information as per the other pots.
You can use the relevant Seeds Template in the Gardening subsection of a resulting item's page to record the yield results. The backend will update both Mandragora Pot Results and the respective Seeds Results summary pages automatically after a brief period of time, but if you want to see those summaries updated instantly, simply edit the results page and save with no changes.
Mikarara, I have taken the liberty of adding the results you mention above to the item pages already. -- Haldarn (talk) 07:54, 19 March 2021 (UTC)

I've been experimenting with these for like a month or so now, just didn't get around to dropping the results. I've been trying to figure out which pot these are a reskin of, if any, but so far I didn't figure it out. If it's relevant, I'm San d'Orian. Individual item pages already updated with the following:
