The Horutoto Ruins Experiment precludes you from starting this quest?
I am currently doing the 1st Windurst mission, The Horutoto Ruins Experiment and am unable to start on Making Amends. Can anyone confirm/deny this? I did not wish to update the article erroneously.

Couldn't start the quest with 6-2 flagged, beat BC and got quest fine. I added that.
Currently on Windurst mission 8-1 Vain, and was unable to flag this quest. I noticed that this mission also affects the next quest in the line, Making Amens!, but did not think it would affect this one, as well. --Kireila 04:07, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
