I know this might sound crazy but this skull drops in a certain spot in gusgen . This has been confirmed by my self and was found by a LS memeber , Masterjedipimp. in the spot marked on the map , there are 2 or 3 Ghouls that spawn here . if it doesnt drop the first time you kill them , it will when they respawn .
