Done this quest without ToaU registered can receive and talk to all npc's but warp to ToaU is not given, Your blue Sentinal badge was crafted using advanced alchemy techniques. It will shine brightly near people whose thoughts are currently drifting across the vast sea towards the golden fields of Aht Urgan. This is the only retort you receive after completing ( I didn't try prio to last npc) will post again when my disks arrive from amazon :)
