It seems this item was never finished by SE. while it may have had an English name before the update on the 17th the Japanese name was always blank (which does seem backwards to me). As of now the item's data has been blanked in all languages. The only evidence that it ever even existed is its Icon, which was left in the .dat file. The data is still marked as a furnishing with <Ice STG: 4>, but it is also marked as a linkshell, which SE frequently does on incomplete items.
In any case, at the very least, there will have to be an update to fill in the item's data before it will be available. 威力[i.ɺjo.kɯ]TC 15:25, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
Its a possibility that you get it in the Starlight Celebration. Someone mentioned that you get all the holiday +1 items, put all the holiday furnishings in the mog house, all three key items, and use dream hat +1. After the recast, you enter your mog house, trade the moogle a ginger cookie. I'm testing this theory out right now. Ayrlie 02:19, 27 December 2008 (UTC)
