Winning strategy for our group was to kill the 2 Hraun Dragons, then have 3 RDM/BLM use Chainspell and Stun continuously, while all melee attack as fast as possible. This monsters ranged AOE attacks make it very hard to fight normally, and while our group couldn't get ANY proc (despite me yelling out tons of hints ) we did finally get a win.
