I understand that Enhances "Utsusemi" means +1 shadow per cast. In other words, Ni ='s 5 shadows and Ichi ='s 4 shadows. Dayle 14:56, November 6, 2010 (UTC)
just completed these and ichi gives 4 shadows, ni still gives 4 for me.
Nevermind. It displays as 4 shadows but it is 5 for ni.
"* Only adds extra shadow to Utsusemi:Ichi. Does not give 5 shadows to Ni"
There are conflicting reports here. Everyone I've ever spoken to with these has 5 shadows. --Eremes 00:42, February 21, 2011 (UTC)
I just finished these +2 feet with my LS and i can confirm they add +1 shadow to both Ichi and Ni for a total of +4 for ichi and +5 for Ni. Bonus still applies if you swap feet out after the spell is cast.
Utsusemi's icon only displays as 4+; however both Ni and Ichi gain an additional shadow each. Ichi = 4, Ni = 5. --Daniel Hatcher 00:55, February 21, 2011 (UTC)
Just 4 shadows for Ni.[]
I tested this today, and it doesn't seem to give 5 shadows for Ni. I will test more, but I'm fairly certain that it is only 4. The icon is 4+, and goes to 3 when you are hit one time. Zoeymithra 17:47, April 1, 2011 (UTC)
Ok it is 5 shadows, Buhkis must just very very frequently double attack.
Tactical Parry description[]
I modified the description for Tactical Parry. It previously said a gain of 4% TP with boots equipped, however Tactical Parry grants 4% TP as 99NIN without these boots equipped. The boots add an additional 1.5% on top of that. The "enhances tactical parry" should either read "Grants an additional 5.5% TP gain from successful parry" (if you're going to include the percentage from job trait and assume Lv99NIN) or "Grants an additional 1.5% TP gain from successful parry" with some explanation that it's not 1.5% total, its adding that to the amount from Job Trait. If the .5 should be dropped please go ahead and correct it.
