Seems to be Blunt damage. Seeing a much higher number versus bones than other monsters.

On the DD-spell spectrum, where does this spell lie? Is it outparsing Frenetic Rip? It costs about as much as Disseverment so I hope it's good. --Eremes 17:28, September 9, 2010 (UTC)

  • As far as damage goes, I can say I'm very pleased with this spell. Highest damage yet, and granted this was a TW but regardless, was 2883 w/ Chain Affinity up. My best so far on exp mobs was during a Light SC; hit for 1.4k + 1.4k. So far, I'm leaning towards this spell being a pierce spell because I've seen much higher numbers on pierce weak mobs. Though, the best way to probably test would be inside SE Apollyon to see which damage type it is. Edit: I tried this out on an EP skeleton mob and found that the damage is quite high, actually, much higher than it should be if this really were a piercing spell so, I agree w/ the anonymous poster above that this spell may really be blunt type damage. • U:! Well, I know what's replacing Hysteric Barrage in my spell set. I'll keep Disseverment for the DoT and Frenetic Rip for the Accuracy Bonus though. Great news to know we don't need to set Cannonball (Blue Magic)/Vertical Cleave for a level3 skillchain now. :) --Eremes 22:45, September 9, 2010 (UTC)

....Okay? Any particular reason you're posting some random location? --Kyrie 08:31, September 12, 2010 (UTC)

Blunt or Piercing? I can only guess that it's blunt, because it can be used by all Goblins, not just dagger-wielding ones. Can anyone verify? --Eremes 23:50, September 11, 2010 (UTC)

This sounds like a crazy idea, but since it's a three-fold, perhaps it could be considered blunt/pierce/slashing? Crazy idea and I'm probably wrong.

Learned this in Labyrinth of Onzozo as well - looks like its not just the low level goblins that teach it to you. Dro 00:23, December 21, 2010 (UTC)
