Laughable as WAR75/THF37. It missed 3 out of 4 times. Claimed him twice in an hour, got the drop second time. - Excessivedamage, Phoenix server.

Very very easy as 75 NIN/DNC. only dmg done whole fight was a Silence breath which didn't silence. Dicthonius- Pandemonium.

Solod as a 41 BST/NIN. No difficulty charming the Tough fungars at the camp. Familiar was not needed. After two shadows where gone, cancel the last one and recast shadows. A pixie does roams this area, but wasnt around for my fight. Bicardi-Pandemonium

RDM68/WHM27 - Solo. A lot easier fight than I had expected, perhaps a bit too easy even. Had no problems with anything at all really. Silence gas silenced me once, but it wore off quite quickly and I only used mana for Stoneskin and a few other spells. Amazingly, even with my luck, got the pick from first kill... Soloed with some difficulty as WAR75/DNC37, had 3 Coppercaps link during the fight. Be careful with links, as quite a few Coppercaps spawn in the area Gloomanita spawns in. --Hentze 17:07, 22 May 2009 (UTC)
Soloed 75BLU/NIN in about 45 seconds. Opened with Wild Oats > Sprout Smack. Self-sc'd Vorpal Blade > Hysteric Barrage > Detonation did around 2,600. He Silence Gas'd me for 2. No Drop.
Soloed 41BST/BLU. Just throw Coppercaps at it. /WHM or /NIN recommended because his attacks have Add. Effect: Poison so shadows or Poisona would have been a great help. Fizzycandy -- Fenrir

The article currently says "The last of 3 copper caps" near the watchful pixie, but there are a lot more than 3 copper caps there for me. Tahngarthortalk-contribs 20:12, November 20, 2010 (UTC)
