Regarding Lottery Spawns: I leveled on Dhamels and Weapons from 70-73. Had NM Dhamel pop twice, NM Weapon pop once. NONE OF THEM Aggro'd to the person/trust that killed whatever mob spawned them. I only noticed the first Dhamel NM pop because I targeted it and initiated an attack before I saw it was named. The second NM Dhamel pop and first NM Weapon pop didn't aggro at all. I stayed away.
