Ballista testing is useless for MAB/MDB, nuke damage isn't calculated the same way. A better way to test MDB is to go to Aydeewa Subterrane and let a worm nuke you with various buffs. --[[User:Valyana|Valyana]] 14:47, 13 April 2007 (EDT)

citadel buster could test it much easier, as its the same dmg everytime --{{User:Roger/sig}} 01:17, 13 January 2008 (UTC)

i want to test the MDB properties of this BP, as well as get the exact times it switches percent bonuses, but i'm unsure about how to do this.

the first few things i need to discern are: 1. is the mab/mdb decided "at cast" of dream shroud, or "at cast" of the spell it is effecting? 2. at noon, what is the exact mab amount? 3. at noon/midnight what is the exact mdb amounts?

i was thinking for a base test i will invite two friends into a diorama-ballista, both blm, same race and merits(or preferrably, pre level 75, or unmerited.)

pit them against each other naked, with me buffing only one of them, record both sets of numbers of identically casted spells. only issue with this is if ballista has this altered somehow in an attempt to balance it. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Frodnonnag (talkcontribs).
