For what its worth, I desynthed 7 NQ caps, since they move slowly, and theres no data on it, first desynth was a HQ with the nuggets, the other 6 were failed synths that all lost the cap. Thats not conclusive, but coincidental. I'd presume the remaining results would be Tiger Leather for NQ, and Angel Skin for HQ2/3--Nynja (talk) 07:48, November 27, 2012 (UTC)
Desynthing, as well as regular crafting, has 2 tiers of fail, regular fail, in which you only lose the crystal, and critical fail, where you lose everything. And Desynthing has always been super random. -Tellah (talk) 09:42, November 27, 2012 (UTC)
