I found these in Selbina fishing guild too, can someone add them? This time the price is 157 gil
The fishing guild seems to have more cobalt jellyfish in it than the alchemy guild.
It's also worth noting that whilst fishing the message for these is that for junk items, not fish items. --Geekgirl101 (talk) 08:48, June 7, 2013 (UTC)
Breaking Lines[]
Seriously, don't bother fishing these with sabiki rigs! I've lost 3 rigs in a row trying to catch these on a hume fishing rod. Fly lures seem to target these well. --Geekgirl101 (talk) 08:10, June 7, 2013 (UTC)
Recommended Setup[]
First off, if possible, multiple recommended locations with multiple recommended baits should be avoided. This makes it difficult to match baits with locations, making it more difficult for the player to figure out what to do. Multiple locations with ONE BAIT, or multiple baits with ONE LOCATION, are OK, not both. Baits/lures that also attract other fish in the area should not be recommended, unless there aren't any that only attract the target fish. Then the baits/lures that attract the LEAST number of other fish should be recommended.
This fish has an item message when you hook one, and acts like one. Consequently, ALL baits are listed as catching this (and for all items in general) (also on great-blue http://www.great-blue.jp/?fid=001&lng=en), and also as "rarely" getting bites (because items don't bite). So, to catch an "item" like this one most efficiently, you need to use a bait on which no other fish in the area bites. In recommended location Battalia, Silver Sharks bite on meatballs, so I removed that recommendation, as well as Bastore Sardines, Yellow Globes, and Cone Calamary biting on the Sabiki Rig, so I removed that as well; in Port Bastok and Selbina, Quus also bite on Sabiki Rigs. Only the recommended Fly Lure for Battalia isn't bitten by other fish in any of the 3 "recommended" areas, so I left that one (but there are also others to consider: e.g., freshwater fish baits will not attract the other saltwater fish in this instance).
As this has a level 5 skill cap, it is unlikely to break the higher level rods like Carbon Fishing Rod and Hume Fishing Rod, so I placed a verification tag on those. Also, great-blue shows them as unbreakable with this fish.--Snorglepuss (talk) 16:15, June 17, 2019 (UTC)
