HQ tiers[]
I don't believe these have a tier II or III HQ. It's the 4x NQ and then 4x HQ synth, and that's it. I have synthed enough stacks in a row at lv 103 cooking to have not ever seen a +1 x6 or +1 x8, so I must be really unlucky if this is true.
