Regen Potency[]
Carbuncle's Favor caps at 14 Regen (Status Effect) per tick at 317 tier. Tested this with the RDM support job.
Caller's Horn +1 and Caller's Horn +2 can increase the regen potency by adding more skill. Regen seemed to cap at 18/tick at 411 skill.
