Just got one off an Ameretat in Bhaflau right after Wind weather popped. Possibly only drops during the specific weather? All the zones listed as "drops from" are capable of having Wind weather, dunno if anyone was paying attention when they got drop. --Shuffie 03:35, December 7, 2010 (UTC)
