Actually has a very high proc rate but its conditions are odd. It seems to proc within the first one or two hits - it can later on in the fight but not as frequently. But it always proc'd for me just about every fight. I noticed this after using them as pets for a few days as 57BLU/BST. I both saw it proc highly on prey I was fighting and also if the leech became uncharmed it would disease me with the first hit almost every time. ----Quesse 13:15, April 18, 2010
