Added about 44% Proc rate to the low DMG Occasionally Attacks Twice Axe. I only did a sampling of 200 attack rounds, but its clear that the proc rate is almost if not that of a Joyeuse.

As of the September update, ANY pet can deliver the finishing blow on appropriate trials, regardless of whether or not the pet's owner is on the same trial. --Nightxade 18:59, November 8, 2010 (UTC)
