Just tested Animating Wail with Metallic Body, which is exactly a 1 minute recast. The recast changed from 1 minute to 51 seconds, proving that this is a 15% haste. Updated main page to reflect this. Oh and it also lasts 5 minutes. LamentorFenrir 14:26, June 27, 2010 (UTC)
