Erm... ok, this is supposed to be a FFXI item... but I've never heard of it, what the heck is it? --Urth 12:23, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
It's a jewlery piece (i guess the rest are kinda random things, this tidal talisman don't seem to have anything to do with FFXI) "Commemorative Offer: To celebrate the launch of the collection, we will be giving away a special in-game item with every Tidal Talisman purchase."
So buy a talisman, get a ingame item. [the ingame item is not what is shown] --Niinah 13:59, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
I guess the real question is "What is a Tidal Talisman?" There's no record of it on the Wiki, so one would believe it might be related to the next update, unless it appears in a quest/mission or CS. Does anyone recall any possible stories in-game that required a Talisman? Calderon0311 14:04, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
On the PoL site , they had National Rings for purchase for a short period . they were $99 and looked very much like thier In-Game counterparts . If i had the money i so would have bought a Windy Ring . Tidal Talisman looks like it could be Leviathan Around the Proto-cystal . WHo knows where it's from --MIKUMARU 14:41, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
Just a thought, but considering no one's ever heard of a Tidal Talisman before, could it be safe to assume that the in-game we get if we buy it, is the Tidal Talisman? Just a thought... also, about the National Rings that Square Enix was selling, they are still available at their official online merchandise shop at http://www.square-enix-shop.com/usa/list_product.cfm?game_cat_id=15 . They are still $100, but I think it's worth it. Haven't bought one, but I plan on it. --Nahara 19:14, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
(Off Subject) I've order the Sand' Oria, and it's very classy. Sadly, I got my measurements wrong, so it's a bit too big to keep on my finger. Just make sure to get your order right, but they're very high quality otherwise. :3 Calderon0311 22:04, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
